Working Principle

The twin-tower PSA nitrogen generator works based on Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology. It uses two tanks filled with Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS). When compressed air enters one tank, the CMS adsorbs oxygen, CO₂, and moisture, allowing nitrogen to pass through as product gas. While one tank is in adsorption mode, the other is regenerated by depressurization, releasing the adsorbed gases to the atmosphere. The system coordinate between the two tanks, ensuring a continuous 24/7 supply of high-purity nitrogen.
